A Quick Overview on Foreskin Stretching

Foreskin stretching is a subject that many men are interested in. A large number of men have to deal with a tight foreskin and this can cause discomfort and some problems with sexual intercourse, however, there are some exercises that can be completed to help stretch out the foreskin.

Not every man has a foreskin, of course. Men who were circumcised will not have a foreskin. However, many men do. Over the years, the foreskin can be stretched during masturbation, sexual intercourse, and during washings. Sometimes, though, it needs to be helped out a bit.

Foreskin stretching can be carried out by practicing it just a few minutes every time you take a shower or bath. Every time you bathe, try pulling the foreskin back just a little bit, without causing pain to yourself.  You can also wash the head of your penis as you are doing this. You should notice a change in the tightness after just a couple of weeks if you do this regularly.

When you're not in the shower, you can try foreskin stretching by using lubricant on your penis, such as Vaseline or baby oil, and pulling your foreskin away from your body as far as you can. Try to hold it there for a few minutes and then release it. You might find that exercises done in the shower are more comfortable.

You can also try inserting a couple of your fingers under the foreskin and pulling it forward. Try doing this for about 5 minutes, but stop if it becomes too uncomfortable. Do this several times a day and within a week or two you should notice a difference in your foreskin.

It's a little more complicated, but the "Squeeze-Stretch" method is also popular. This uses a tugger, however, and some men might be turned off by this. Other men prefer to use a manual method in addition to the tugger.

Some men might not like the idea of using an instrument other than their own hand when it comes to foreskin stretching. Still, the reviews have been positive and the results seem to come more quickly by using the tugger.

If you would like to stretch your foreskin, then persistence and patience are keys. It's not going to happen overnight, but it can happen if you keep at it and perform the exercises on a regular basis. It is recommended that you work at your foreskin stretching exercises several times a week, and preferably even a couple of times a day. Skin will eventually stretch if it is manipulated enough, but like other parts of your body that require exercise, it needs to be done consistently.

On the other hand, never continue with an exercise if it causes you any pain. Just like if you were exercising your muscles in the gym, it is possible to cause damage if you try to do too much at once. Instead, listen to your body's needs and stop when it becomes too uncomfortable.
